“Full disclosure I have fairly fine hair but it is moderately thick. This product works well on both dry and wet hair. Adding to wet hair will give a moderate hold but also adds more of a sheen to the look. If you add to dry hair it has slightly less hold but doesn’t seem to add sheen. This is a great product if you don’t want to add bulk or stiffness to your hair but need a bit of hold and want to keep your hair soft.”
