Wet hair, apply, lather, rinse and repeat as necessary. Follow with your favorite UNITE conditioner and styling products to compliment the system. FOR PROTEIN STRENGTHENING: Leave in hair for 5 to 6 minutes then rinse. Follow immediately with your favorite UNITE Conditioner.

It cleans very well, almost feels like I need a more intense conditioner after using it. Was surprised by the color & texture, very different from other products.
This is the best it leaves my hair feeling soft and shiny after removing all the build up. Another plus is that the smell is amazing. Definitely a great selection if you are looking something that will remove build up and that is not harsh on hair.
